Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Christian Calderon (publisher name "Calships"), San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA ("we"), for the ZeroVPN apps and service. By using ZeroVPN you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
The service
ZeroVPN is a VPN. The free tier gives time-limited sessions supported by ads; watching a rewarded ad can add time. The optional VIP subscription removes ads and time limits and gives higher speeds. We may change, limit or end features, servers or regions at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not use ZeroVPN to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- send spam, run phishing, or spread malware;
- attack, scan or break into networks or systems, or run denial-of-service attacks;
- share or access child sexual abuse material;
- infringe copyright or other rights of others;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it.
We may block traffic, limit speed or end sessions to protect the service or comply with the law.
Subscriptions and refunds
VIP is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Ask Apple or Google for refunds; we cannot issue them directly.
No warranty
ZeroVPN is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every place, or that it will make you anonymous or keep you safe from every threat. Some websites and services block VPNs.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of ZeroVPN. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ZeroVPN in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending use
You can stop using ZeroVPN at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Using ZeroVPN after a change means you accept it.
